They know the side effects, benefits, and problems associated with the mRNA vaccines (outside of all the political rhetoric and propaganda) and have made their decisions based on the "greater good"
(Which is why third round booster shots of the original vaccine are receiving some major flak but only one company has a third round variant vaccine)
Apparently Novovax has been testing it's variant vaccine in ground zero for Delta Variant (and it seems to be the most effective against Delta)
Novovax's vaccine has more side effects than the mRNA vaccines...(real ones and not the ones created out of whole cloth by pseudo science) Novovax's vaccine is also more expensive than the others....7-8X the price of Moderna or Pfizer.... although the Pfizer is still more expensive than Moderna with all the extreme cold storage. (Molecules aren't as stable)

At this point with the WHO blathering on about how rich nations get the mRNA vaccines and the poor countries get AstraZeneca or Sinopharm... you would think that this would be a clue as to what is actually effective...
But in truth it is not going to work if only the rich nations get vaccinated and the poor countries don't...we need the whole world vaccinated and healthy so that everyone can go back to work. We need people to work fearlessly and with the goals of financial stability in their future. They don't have anything like that now.

Right now the Delta Variant is more communicable and virulent than the original virus. It causes a higher percentage of hospitalizations among those not immunized. We aren't seeing the death rate increases because of the therapies we have developed in the past year. From antibody cocktails to a proliferation of home oxygen sensors.

Trust me when I say that a free vaccination is much cheaper than a hospital stay for coronavirus. And you will feel better.

We can afford to help these other nations but we can't do it all for them.

And the debt is affordable...and not exactly what you think it is. Even if the whole world dumped their bonds (even though they won't) it would sting, but our economy is still more than strong enough to withstand that. Too many other nations use our currency as their reserve currency... meaning that their currency is backed by ours.

So try to catch up on basic economic principles. Money never sleeps as long as the sun continues to shine.
