It's there. Simply not released. The reason we know this is because nobody is actually denying there was a second strike or that there were survivors in the water.

See, if you strip away the "fake news" bs that Hegseth is putting out what is left is an acknowledgement that a second strike happened and that doing so was legal. If there weren't any survivors he would have said so but he isn't.

You can tell what happened with a high degree of accuracy by listening to what is said, but also by what isn't.
