It's common...the jocks are often the untouchable bullies. They often get away with damn near anything-it's not unheard of for them to get away with rape. The captain of the football team when I was in high school was a terror until he picked the wrong victim. (Then he was a eunuch.)

I have a very wide and successful history in several sporting disciplines .
But that was lucky for me .

How many people are forced through the system? For what ?
Perhaps 0.1% of people become successful sports people . And of that very small percentage , how many are academically competent ?
