Obviously the stunt was a hoax to ensure that Trumpfy received his Deep State Presidency gift .
The whole False Flag was poorly staged with numerous huge holes in the claimed narrative . But no hole in the ear !!

However, I recall Miles Mathis showing conclusively that the alleged Fire Chief victim ( from memory) did not even exist when his details were investigated .

The behaviour of Trumpfy after he reacted plus the way that the Secret Service personnel responded was high comedy .
And once you looked at some of the Crisis actors used behind the main action you could see how amateurish the whole show was.
