Well, so much for the Trump supporters who were saying that Trump would declare an emergency and railroad his way into the House for his SOTU, or he would do it from the Oval Office, or at a rally. He now has caved in and said he will wait until after the government reopens.

The empty partisan point was done by Trump and the GOP. Trump is going to sign the same deal that was offered before he had his fit of pique and shut down the government.
