President-elect Barack Obama today acknowledged that some of the ambassadorships he assigns will go to big-money Democratic donors, and not to experts in the diplomatic corps. However, the president-elect said he'd try to keep those "political" appointments to a minimum.

Keeping "political" appointees to a minimum is definitely change.

Umm nope..actually change would be NOT taking money from people who expect to be rewarded for it later. Especially when trying to portray yourself as a candidate for "change",where "politics as usual will not be tolerated" any longer. But then again we are talking about a typical pay to play Chicago politician, so of course it would be "inevitable" that Mr. Hope- n- change would be full of hot air..
