Ryan put some moves on Patty from the looks of it...she seems smitten with him. This agreement on it's face is a piece of crap but Ryan has trap-doored it with what's to follow. He knows Barry-Care has about another 60 days before it's repealed. He's positioned himself as the guy who can present a plan to replace it without Sam running it. Seems like sound strategery to me....if he pulls it off, Murray will bring her gal pals along and it will look bipartisan and save their bacon next November.
