Respect for the rule of law in America dictates that, after all states (and DC) have determined their respective presidential election results, and allocated their resulting electoral college votes via legitimate electors, following all recounts, audits, investigations, and dispositions of all federal and state court challenges, and after Congress has formally acknowledged the winner, whether the loser rejects the certified result of the democratic election is of no legal relevance.

Joe Biden was elected in 2020. Officially, he received 306 electoral vote, and Trump, the loser, was awarded 232. No state has ever revised its 2020 electoral vote allocation, regardless of which political party is in ascendancy in that state. (Trump's own Director of his Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency declared the 2020 election the most secure in U.S. history.)

Unless Kash Patel is further undermining democracy and pandering to a cult when he claims that, “We have the information that backs President Trump’s claim," who will be indicted, when, for what exactly, how was the monumental theft of a "landslide" victory achieved, and why has the FBI not accused anyone previously?

The Georgia audit of mail envelope signatures was conducted only in Cobb County, not statewide or in Fulton County.

Key facts:

In December 2020, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger ordered a random sample audit of 10% (15,118 out of 150,431) of absentee ballot envelopes from Cobb County.
The audit was prompted by allegations that Cobb County may not have properly verified signatures during the June 2020 primary, not due to issues in the November general election.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) conducted the audit, comparing envelope signatures to voter registration records.
No fraudulent ballots were found. Only two minor signature issues were identified—neither was fraudulent.
The audit confirmed a 99.99% accuracy rate in Cobb County’s signature verification process.
This audit did not apply to Fulton County, where no signature verification was performed on approximately 148,000 mail ballots due to procedural failures.
The Cobb County audit was intended to restore public confidence and did not change election results.
