The Olbermann/Patrick show at ESPN was great...Classic even.

His first go-round at CCCPNBC was at least tolerable.

Somewhere during the Fox Sports years, he transformed into the bitter, vitriolic and just plain old mean spirited demagogue he is today.

Something tells me that his vendetta against Fox stems from them not wanting to give him the platform for his Ed Murrow wannabee fantasy.

absolutely.....that got me hooked on espn...I remember him shaking Patrick hand his last broadcast.
