Tell me what Repub would have been elected in 2016. The person running would have been destroyed by the Progs. You love McCain now. You loved Romney when he said something against the President. But I remember very well how they were treated. And we the Repub voters were not happy with both of them as we were pushed to their selection by the elitists. Cruz is not liked much either by the elitists. Would he have been a great President for you if Hillary did not win? The fact is there may have been a few Repub candidates who would have been good Presidents. But of course, they would not stand a chance with the elitists. Trump bulled his way through. And if it wasn't for the comedian shills going beyond the call of duty with their insults he may not of even run. Trump fought his way to the Presidency. And you Progs with Repub elitists gave him that opportunity.

Did Trump fire anyone involved? No. So what law was he enforcing is a great question, given he didn't enforce any law at all.
Trump was making a different point in that context.
