I really wish my fellow conservatives could quit the moral panic about LGBT books and instead take a serious look at what trauma their children are seeing in every public school around the nation.

It's a BEHAVIOR crisis, and a lot of it is perpetuated by children with a diagnosis, so nothing is done.

A viral post on social media is a mom crying that her kindergarten daughter had to miss the Valentine's Party because she exposed her privates to the class. She had done it once before, WAS WARNED, and did it again.

The mother thought the school was wrong and this is something "normal kids do" (it's not)

There is a child with a very significant behavior problem disrupting the education of everyone around them IN every grade in every school, or darn near close. In some schools it's multiple children in every CLASS.

Yes, they were charged but their argument is that the pardons were blanket. And if the arguments prove to be?

Why would one want to pardon someone wanted for child solicitation at all? Why would you want to let them skirt on anything?

Because the entire notion of "you're a prude for not exposing your kids to nudity" is an actual red herring.

It isn't the nudity that is the problem. It is the overt sexuality and sexual description/acts that are.

There is a reason you don't see drag shows at retirement homes but do find them in kindergarten classes.

I'm not arguing that the kids shouldn't go to the art museum. They do, we prep them, and it's fine. I agree that artistic nudity is far different from sexual kind.
