America First Legal obtained new documents proving what we knew to be true all along: Merrick Garland’s infamous memo labeling concerned parents at school board meetings “domestic terrorists” was politically orchestrated and driven by the Biden White House.
In October 2021, Mark Levin
broadcast a letter with insider information on the teachers union, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and the FBI who met and organized how to combat America’s parents who were speaking out at local school board meetings across the country.
The parents were outraged at the COVID masking and vaccination rules, critical race theory indoctrination and open porn disguised as literature promoted in American schools.
Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland even
sent federal agents and a helicopter circling overhead to threaten parents attending the Fairfax County School Board meeting in Virginia.
“These new documents expose the Biden White House’s involvement in AG Garland’s memo targeting parents — and reveal that career lawyers at DOJ warned that there was no federal authority or legal basis to target these parents in the first place because their speech is protected by the First Amendment,” AFL said.

Commentary:
If Biden doesn’t go down in history as one of the worst Presidents...or perhaps THE worst President...something’s wrong.
DSA Marxist Democrats are asking why we are wasting millions of tax dollars on something that happened in the past?
They answer is simple. Americans don't like being persecuted by any Party, and the Party found to persecute Americans must be destroyed.
Meanwhile, I recall being shocked at how parents were treated at school board meetings
across the country by DSA Democrats forcing CRT, LGBTQ and Trans ideology in out schools against the wishes of Parents. This only confirms what I thought and, the scary part, shows how quickly this country can descend into tyranny.
There are voices in the WH that have not been Godly or righteous. Pray that those voices are drowned out by the righteous.
Simply, anything the 'Deep State' Beltway Body Politic does is related to their self interest, holding their interests over any administration or executive, appointed not elected Judges are the same.
Unfortunately, Garland is one of the club. He will not face prosecution. There is a two tiered system of justice. They don’t face justice because everybody with the power to prosecute are part of the same club. You don’t sit the seat unless you’re one of them. We will never have change until the common people figure this out.
