Really? Negligence is unethical and all kinds of people get rightfully sued for that. HIPPA violations are unethical and will result in the healthcare worker losing their jobs and possibly their licenses. And of course the patient can sue you if they are aware of it.You can’t sue someone for failing “ethical” responsibilities.
