People like Ass Lips have no concept of proportions. You could put 100 colored balls in a bag representing the makeup of society and draw out 25. If 15 were white and 10 were black, Ass Lips would say that the number is all that mattered. What he would ignore is that the 15 came from a potential 70 while the the 10 came from a potential of 13.

Same thing applies with welfare programs and race. The percentage on welfare for blacks and whites is approximately the same. As a proportion to the makeup in society, blacks are 4 - 5x more likely to be on welfare than whites due to whites being 4 - 5x more of society than blacks.
