It looks like new peace talks are in the works. This is a thought provoking article.

So April 29th has passed, and the nine-month period allotted by the current U.S. administration for its effort to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian dispute has come and gone. Entirely predictably, it has failed, in its entirety.

What can be learned from the failure? And what may be expected to happen now?

The failure of the talks was predictable first and foremost because of the irreconcilable positions of the sides. This is not a matter of small details, as is sometimes maintained. It isn't that the Palestinians want 99% of the West Bank while Israel will offer only 98%.

The real issue, the real thing that Israel should be afraid of, the real problem if Israel forces a win / lose on the Palestinians, is not what it will do to the Palestinians. It is what it will make Israel become.

But let's not confuse you with morality Hoss. Sorry to interrupt your day again. :)

Happy to put a turd in your punch bowl, Beezzleboob. The Palestinians are going the way of the Dodo and the five cent cigar. And there's nothing anyone can do to stop it. Except the Palestinians. Have a nice day.

The problem is that Israel keeps on trying to placate the endless Palestinian demands. Each time Israel gives in, the Palestinians gain strength in attacking Israel. Just look at the results of the last one with Israel granting the Palestinians their own Gaza only to receive rocket missles for a thanks.

Do you think maybe those Zionists in Israel need to come to their senses, abandon their damn failed agenda & start treating the Palestinians with the same Arab country love, justice & respect the Palestinians are so well accustomed to --- & so well deserve?

Again with the genocide.

My day is going really well thank you.
But once again you as a Zionist are happy to predict genocide at the hands of your fellow Zionists.

It would make some take a moment, Hoss.

No genocide B.Boob. The Palis are gonna wake up one day and realize they're are about as welcome as a drunken brother-in-law. They will then pack up their stuff, collect some travel money from Israel and beat feet.

What would a republican know about economic prudence?

How many wars has China financed for you now?

^ Now there's some magical thinking.

Segue and run away...
