What's to stop someone from leaving the state to one that is open for business?

It would be devastating for a state to unfairly keep it's doors close and then have business investors and motivated workers leave. There's no way someone is going to wait 18 months to back to work. You're America not Canada.

I think liberals believe the federal government can keep printing and borrowing money for as long as it pleases so that liberals can sit home watching tv
