No it just proves that it was Ashley's diary and does not prove that she wrote it as she did not have possession of the diary for a period of time. Enough time for a short statement to be added.

There is no other statements about this in the diary of any prior incidents

Yet the diary was not in her possession for a period of time, which makes it easy to add such a statement

Where is the forensic proof that the statement was in her handwriting.

Ms. Biden has not publically said that the entry is legit
