There's no deterrence, even if they get caught. Remember that guy that deliberately lied to the FISA Court and got caught out? Nothing. 1. In the past three weeks, you've seen HUNDREDS of giant things turned around 180° that were part of the bedrock of the Left's agenda.
2. Today, they had a hearing exposing the raw underbelly of waste and corruption in DC that a few weeks ago, no one dared imagine.
3. If Trump, DOGE and the rest of his agenda were not so deadly SPOT ON and damaging, the Left would not be screaming bloody murder circling the wagons with every last ditch effort they have!
4. Just today, the AG Pam Bondi has SUED NYC, the border has been effectively closed, illegals are being rounded up, DEI and wokism has been shut down, sanctuary cities are on the run, and Trump is going to win this.

Well, then, they have no actual judicial authority. A district judge is just that, a judge for that district, and an federal inferior court was created to handle minor federal issues to save the SCOTUS from dealing with them, but the matter has, like everything else, been allowed to snowball. So now, we will be forced to take this to the SCOTUS to slap these minor judges back into line, otherwise, we will be subject to endless judicial tyranny and government will not function at all.

Lower court activist judges have no authority to do so, only SCOTUS has that authority. Then again you have to think back to Barry Hussein who defiantly stated after SCOTUS slapped his wrist that he had a pen and a phone to get around SCOTUS and the Constitution.
