But the mentality of all shareholders like Apple's has to include the national safety of the products they build, i.e.
considering the "cost savings" of making off shore is obviously reduced by tariffs, BUT the short term shareholders
don't seem to comprehend that if Apple built all products in USA including parts not made by suppliers in the USA their
investments are threatened by being offshore! So whatever savings they may see in production costs are negated by
the security risks! That calculation to my knowledge is NOT part of the evaluation of stock values. Having been involved
ina significant recession in the 1970s, specifically in 1973-1975, which is also known as the "Oil Shock Recession"I totally comprehend "offshore production" risks were never calculated then and American companies began outsourcing manufacturing to China significantly starting in the 1980s.
