The markets crashing just show how dependent we are on China. We’ve farmed our way too much manufacturing of so many different industries. Right now the fact that China solely controls over 80% of our medical supplies and equipment just shows how vulnerable we are to their bullshit. They’ve already threatened to withhold all antibiotics.

We need to pass some new legislation to prevents critical goods from being produced in China.

Just a question, but a logical one------------>who do you think allowed this to happen? Our former Presidents who were globalists, or Trump over the last 3 years?

Great question, and I have no idea! Maybe by doing like the automakers did, and insisting that a certain % of content must be made here.

Lets be honest though--------------->we know our drug company's are selling waaaaaaay cheaper to everyone else. We are the captive audience that funds their R and D.

The fact is-------------->we are not captive to fund their R & D, we are captive because they know unscrupulous countries will just create a knock off, and they have little patent protection over seas.

This problem is not only about greed in the drug company's, but also about the crooked other countries that allow this to happen. If these other countries PAID THEIR FAIRSHARE of the R & D, our prices would drop significantly while their costs went up slightly.

But, I do agree something needs to be done on a content basis, just like we did with many industries including steel.
