Today NWO Putin and his criminal gang kills Russia and its people. Everyone can see the true face of this lying monster. Look what Putin and his thugs do now.

The volunteers had special passes and monitored the distance between people, but the police detained them for breaking the self-isolation regime and issued fines.
On April 23, 2020, law enforcement officers detained Orthodox volunteers who were distributing food to homeless people near Kursk railway station in Moscow. This was reported by representatives and friends of volunteer organizations in Moscow in social networks.
"Tonight, at about 19.30, Orthodox volunteers were detained by police officers," said journalist Alexander Egortsev on his Facebook page. - At that moment the volunteers were handing out food and tea to the homeless at a point known to all media outlets near the Kursk railway station. They were holding the necessary passes, observing all the necessary security measures and meeting the requirements of the sanitary authorities (wearing masks, making sure that the hungry queue was 1.5 meters away). Before the arrival of the police, everything was normal. But at about 19.30 the police and the traffic police arrived. The traffic policemen began to issue fines to volunteers for improper parking of their cars, while others went to arrest the volunteers".
The journalist said that they tried to blame "the creation of a crowd of people and the threat of infection with coronavirus," although before the arrival of the police, the volunteers managed to keep everything under control, while handing out food to the hungry - to keep a distance and monitor order.
"As soon as police and traffic police came, chaos began near Kursk railway station: frightened homeless people rushed from the place, someone tried to get food, someone ran away, someone to find protection from volunteers. And then a crowd formed, the distance was broken. As eyewitnesses believe, the blame for this incident lies solely with the police and traffic police officers, who by their actions created a crowd, broke the distance between people and created a threat of infection with coronavirus. Orthodox volunteers were taken to the IAB, while at the same time the traffic police issued fines for the volunteers' vehicles," added Yegortsev.
The volunteers were released only at night, with protocols and fines for violation of the self-isolation regime, reported the representative of the volunteer organization, Alena Eltsova.

At the same time, representatives of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow said in a TASS comment that the volunteers acted without a proper pass and did not ensure compliance with security measures, although the participants and witnesses of the events claim otherwise.
