The OP could use some edumacation about organ donation, and about not Making Shit Up and pretending it's real.

But, to play along, the Real Life criteria for organ donation are based on the closest possible genetic match so as to prevent rejection post-transplant. The potential donor - living or dead - is rigorously screened for infection among many, many other factors. Unfortunately for the OP's lurid fantasy life, "Are you/were you gay?" is not among the medical criteria.
