Opposition to vaccination is idiotic

Why would anybody trust a vaccine that doesn't prevent you from getting covid, and doesn't prevent you from spreading covid? More than likely the vaccine is what created the variants in the first place.

With all the mis-information that has come out about this virus, it's no wonder people are confused and hesitant.
DukeU , why do some building codes applicable in most, if not all USA states require sprinkler systems and/or smoke detectors? They do not prevent fires.
Respectfully, Supposn

Yes, according to your own post 2900 have.

That aside like 1% of infected people die from covid, and the vast majority of those that do are elderly, have pre existing conditions, or are obese. And since I am in none of those categories I won't get one. I have already had it once about 2 months before all the lockdowns and gotten over it pretty easily so now I will let me immune system do it's thing the way it intended.
sounds wise

which is why bidum doesn't like folks like u

Damn good question.

More overreach by the government?!? :dunno:

Here's another good question.

Why are vitamins and minerals not approved by the FDA?

Opposition to vaccination is idiotic:
So what? It's still not your business. People should be free to be idiotic if they want, like voting Democrat, or believing that the wine and the bread turns into the blood and meat of a 2000-year-dead political criminal and that you should eat it.

Leave people alone to believe whatever they want to, whether you want to call it idiotic or not. It's just not your business.

I don't appreciate being called Idiotic just bc I don't want some strange, unknown substance injected into me that doesn't appear to do any good anyway

I don't think I am the one who is idiotic

OldFlame, in the USA, what portion of those in the USA who were previously vaccinated, later died due to the Corona virus?

Your provided link states, "Jessica Berg Wilson, a 37-year-old mother of two, died Sept. 7 from what her obituary says was “COVID-19 vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia.” It is a rare condition causing blood clots, seen in those who received the J&J vaccine. Only three other deaths from the condition have been confirmed nationally".

OldFlame, thus far these deaths have been potentially linked only to the J&J vaccine.

Circe, regardless if unvaccinated people are or are't infected with the virus, they're an unreasonably greater threat to all those they directly or indirectly physically approach. They're a greater threat to us all. Respectfully, Supposn

Then I suggest you stay inside your house with a mask on. Remember, no one can take better care of you than you. Give others the same chance. Intolerance is not cool, it is dangerous.

DukeU, your opinion is public health and safety should not be of governments' concerns? We should not have government regulations, or police, or fire, or justice departments?

I'll try once more. If the gov't. is for our safety and well being why have they not approved vitamins and minerals?

A huge percentage of things you buy today have the "prop 65 warning" on them. Why would the gov't. approve of these things being sold with a dangerous cancer causing agent in/on them?

They approve of things that cause cancer to be sold, but don't approve of something that's good for your body! WHY?!? You think they care? WHY?

DukeU, our governments, as matters of laws or regulatory policies, do not generally prohibit vitamins and minerals from being sold. What are you specifically referring to, illegal substances?

What "things that cause cancer" does our government "approve of"? Our inability to legally prohibit the sale of a product, is not government's "approval" of the product. You're concerned about government overreaching and complain government isn't sufficIently reaching out?

No, I'm referring to vitamins, any vitamin.....A,B,C.D.E., etc. None of them have been approved by the FDA.

Too many to list, but here's a few.

78 Sunscreens, Including 5 J&J Products, Contain Cancer ...

Why You Should Be Worried About The Chemicals In Your Soda ..

FDA Adds Poison Warning to Fluoride Toothpaste

Opposition to vaccination is idiotic:
Has anyone in the USA, between the ages of 1 and 65 and having been previously vaccinated, died due to the Corona virus?
Respectfully, Supposn

Excerpted from U.S. Coronavirus Death Toll Surpasses 700,000 Despite Wide Availability of Vaccines
"... the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has so far identified 2,900 people who were vaccinated among the 100,000 who died of Covid since mid-June.
... Vaccines have been proven highly effective in preventing severe illness and death, and a study from the C.D.C. that was published in September found that after Delta became the dominant variant, unvaccinated people were more than 10 times as likely to die of the virus as the vaccinated were. ... ".

Yeah.....explain this to us again in a year or so when we are finally told the truth about the Protein Spikes, heart inflamation, blood clots and the collection of the protein spikes in organs, in particular in fallopian tubes...

Guidance & Regulation (Food and Dietary Supplements) | FDA

More than 3,000 state, local, and tribal agencies have primary responsibility to regulate the retail food and foodservice industries in the United States. FDA assists regulatory agencies and the industries they regulate by providing a model Food Code, guidance, training, program evaluation, and technical assistance.

What does FDA regulate? | FDA

You're concerned about government overreaching and complain government isn't sufficiently reaching out?

There are things the gov't. should regulate and things they do regulate that they shouldn't. However, it seems if you are going to regulate for "safety", why would things which are unsafe be approved?

Circe, Lastamender, 2aguy, I suppose the infamous case of thalidomide is just one of the instances when a drug not approved by the FDA has caused horrendous side effects. Possibly there are less instances of drugs approved by the FDA having caused unfortunate side effects. We're all generally more correct in hindsight.

USA's governments, facility owners and managers, employers have, or do, or will within their legal jurisdictions mandate what should be persons' behaviors, or dress-codes. USA governments may consider public health and safety.
USA citizens may choose to home-school their children and not venture out where face masks and/or inoculations are required.

No, all of the mRNA injection are very risky.
Since they do not contain any virus, but much small molecules, they easily migrate. And if they end up in heart or brain before the immune system starts to attack them, you die.
Since they either contain or create spike proteins, they also easily initiate the deadly cytokine storm that kills people who actually contract the virus.
Because your own body uses spike proteins, such as for exosomes, it is very risky to teach the immune system to attack spike proteins.

Your own quote said:
"... the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has so far identified 2,900 people who were vaccinated among the 100,000 who died of Covid since mid-June...."
That means 2,900 people who were vaccinated, later contracted covid and died.

But it is very possible everyone inoculated with the mRNA injections will die.
They are reprogramming the immune system with unknown results.
It could be a slight reduction in covid deaths at first due to increase natural antibodies to the injection.
But it could then be that a month later, after the initial antibodies die, that antibody reaction will be greatly reduced.

Thalidomide was never finally approved by the FDA, but they allowed it to be used on over 20,000 test victims in the US.

{...
The drug was not approved in the United States in the 1960s, but as many as 20,000 Americans were given thalidomide in the 1950s and 1960s as part of two clinical trials operated by the American drug makers Richardson-Merrell and Smith, Kline & French.
...}

Actually the federal government has no medical authority at all, and the problem is they pretend they do and that we are protected by them.
The reality is they do nothing if it would effect corporate profits, like the agricultural use of glyphosates that they do nothing about.

Mask and inoculations very likely only make things even worse, and most likely the best thing would have been if all the young/healthy volunteers would have deliberately contracted covid last March, and ended it in a month.

It doesn’t matter what drugs the FDA approves. The FDA is a terribly corrupt agency, like most government agencies only worse. It gets 45% of it’s budget from big pharma. Surely we all can agree this is a recipe for correction.
Why is the FDA funded in part by the companies it regulates?
