Its bullshit. Studies on mummies show that they suffered the same maladies as we do, at the same frequency. And they had zero processed food and had to actually work to live.

Their internal organs are missing so all they can do is examine bone and petrified skin. There's no way they can examine heart disease, high blood pressure, colon cancer, breast cancer, hypoglycemia, diabetes, etc.

Well, my article disagrees with you. BTW, quite a few mummies were not "processed" but mummified naturally after death. Those arteries are still there, and as the link shows, thye had the same problems we do.

Isn't it amazing that as we age our sight dims, our hearing fails, our body wrinkles, etc. due to aging, but our medical problems are due to diet and exercise?

If what you state is true, people that eat right and exercise should be living quite a bit longer. Are they?
