Young adults are less inclined to sign up for a political party, just like boomers were less inclined to join the Elks, Moose, VFW, etc. Parties represent "old" thinking and they like to think of themselves as independent...then they cry like babies when they can't vote in primaries.

It's interesting that Democrats claim to be the party of the "working man," but only about 6% of private sector workers choose to join a union, and Democrats equate "working man" with union member. I personally find it nauseating when whores like Biden take the side of unions against management, regardless of the equities of the situation.

I can't help pointing out that few prominent Democrats have ever had a real job or run a legitimate business.

Maybe. But this period is going to be the formative years of a generation of voters. At least of a good 5 year age bloc, maybe more depending on how 2028 goes.
