Seeing an Obiden/Trump/Obiden comparison side by side in 4 year increments over a 16 year span was apparently enough to change a lot of voters minds, alright. It made a Republican out of me, at least for the time being.

Yeah, I don't really like either party. Have been an Independent for decades. But, the left have fallen off the edge of the Earth so badly that it makes Republicans the only party worth voting for. I long to go back to a time when I actually had to think about which side was actually worse (or better). If democrats can come back from insanity that would be a good thing.

I was an independent for decades too, although my family was Democrat, of the OLD school pre-New World Order variety. I registered as a Republican after I saw what Obama really was (another New World Order henchman) and that RINO McCain literally handed him the White House and it was all planned ....BUT...the true last straw was when I went to vote in the Republican primary to find a good Republican replacement for Obama, and found that as a registered Independent I could not vote in a primary.

And for the record, there are very few people in my family who are registered Democrats anymore.

I was also registered Independent but my state also doesn't allow you to vote in a primary other than for "independent", which basically consists of no one because there is no such thing as the Independent party. So, I registered back as a Republican just so I could vote in their primaries. But, I'm still an independent and I would actually love it if Democrats gave me a reason to vote for them again. But, they're sinking in quicksand fast and they ain't gettin out anytime soon.
