Zone1 One of our honorable posters repeatedly states as fact that whites commit more murders, numbers than blacks. But that is demonstrably not true.

Except you claim that 13 percent is committing 37 percent of the crime. That is not true. The numbers for 2020 show that 1.09 percent of the population were 51 percent of the criminal offenders and they were white. 0.6 percent of the population was 37 percent. 51 percent is a majority. You can try arguing all you want but your opinion is based on inaccurate use of math

Furthermore it is based of a hyopthesis that assumes that you can just multiply what crime blacks commit by 5 and make assumptions. If blacks had 5 times more people, it's highly doubtful that blacks would be the majority of criminal offenders. Because if blacks and whites had the same population blacks and whites would probably have the same amount of wealth, property ownership, business ownership, degreed professionals, representatives at every level of government and law enforcement just to name a few things. All of these things reduce black crime while whites have all this now and still commit more crime.

So again, your opinion is factless and intellectually lazy.
Look stupid I did not claim every black person was a criminal I pointed out that a population that is small has more crime then a population that is larger. I realize you are too stupid to understand basic math and english but that is your problem retard.

The larger population has more crime. That's what I'm pointing out and basic math shows it.

Republicans' racist perception of black people as unconditionally violent animals for decades is why black people vote for Democrats
The subject is not why Black people vote for Democrats. Unless you are awkwardly trying to blame Republicans' racist perception of black people as the reason they kill each other so frequently. That's probably what you meant.

This
The fact is that blacks commit violent crime WAY out of proportion to their numbers in the general population
and this
you’d do better by admitting that there is a problem with the high crime rate among blacks (as compared to whites)
is why you're not taken seriously. You just espoused your racist beliefs with no supporting evidence. And when you are shown why the evidence you all believe supports your premise when in fact it does not, then you all revert to your usual tactics of changing the subject, deflection, outright lying, your propaganda campaign, smears and everything else.

I have given you an example of how laws were passed specifically so Black people, particularly Black men could be returned to captivity. And mentioned laws that made not having a job an offense punishable by arrest and incarceration in order to create another free labor market to replace the one that the abolishment of slavery ruined (for them).

Not being able to sustain one's life financially is a tried-and-true method white racists have always utilized to exert control and sabotage the upward mobility efforts of Black people and was a favorite method of the white citizen's council who would target black people by getting them fired from their jobs, having their homes foreclosed upon (can't pay your mortgage if you can't keep a job), blacklisting them and then there was peonage. Peonage was a scheme by which Black people were falsely accused of owing money to racist whites who imprisoned them and put to work doing hard labor until they could pay off what they allegedly owed.

In 1866, one year after the 13 Amendment was ratified (the amendment that ended slavery), Alabama, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina began to lease out convicts for labor (peonage). This made the business of arresting Blacks very lucrative, which is why hundreds of White men were hired by these states as police officers. Their primary responsibility was to search out and arrest Blacks who were in violation of Black Codes. Once arrested, these men, women and children would be leased to plantations where they would harvest cotton, tobacco, sugar cane. Or they would be leased to work at coal mines, or railroad companies. The owners of these businesses would pay the state for every prisoner who worked for them; prison labor.
It is believed that after the passing of the 13th Amendment, more than 800,000 Blacks were part of the system of peonage, or re-enslavement through the prison system. Peonage didn’t end until after World War II began, around 1940.
This is how it happened.
The 13th Amendment declared that "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." (Ratified in 1865)
Did you catch that? It says, “neither slavery nor involuntary servitude could occur except as a punishment for a crime". Lawmakers used this phrase to make petty offenses crimes. When Blacks were found guilty of committing these crimes, they were imprisoned and then leased out to the same businesses that lost slaves after the passing of the 13th Amendment. This system of convict labor is called peonage.
The majority of White Southern farmers and business owners hated the 13th Amendment because it took away slave labor. As a way to appease them, the federal government turned a blind eye when southern states used this clause in the 13th Amendment to establish laws called Black Codes. Here are some examples of Black Codes:
In Louisiana, it was illegal for a Black man to preach to Black congregations without special permission in writing from the president of the police. If caught, he could be arrested and fined. If he could not pay the fines, which were unbelievably high, he would be forced to work for an individual, or go to jail or prison where he would work until his debt was paid off.
If a Black person did not have a job, he or she could be arrested and imprisoned on the charge of vagrancy or loitering.
This next Black Code will make you cringe. In South Carolina, if the parent of a Black child was considered vagrant, the judicial system allowed the police and/or other government agencies to “apprentice” the child to an "employer". Males could be held until the age of 21, and females could be held until they were 18. Their owner had the legal right to inflict punishment on the child for disobedience, and to recapture them if they ran away.
This (peonage) is an example of systemic racism - Racism established and perpetuated by government systems. Slavery was made legal by the U.S. Government. Segregation, Black Codes, Jim Crow and peonage were all made legal by the government, and upheld by the judicial system. These acts of racism were built into the system, which is where the term “Systemic Racism” is derived.
This is the part of "Black History" that most of us were never told about.

People like this don't just go away and even when they die it seems there are always plenty more springing up in their wake to take their place.

Being ignorant is one thing, however being willfully ignorant so that you can pretend that your biases and prejudices against Black preclude you from being labeled a racist, only further demonstrates your duplicitous nature.

Tell me why out of a mob of 3,000 extremely violent white people who torched the most affluent Black community in the country (Black Wall Street) and reportedly killed close to 300 people, not a single one of them was jailed or prosecuted. How is that possible? Why is it possible? Or are you going to try to claim that the white people couldn't have done anything WRONG nor could they have been VIOLENT BECAUSE they were not arrested or prosecuted?

Let's see if you have any integrity left in you at all.

We’re also not allowed to point out the path that another very persecuted minority has taken, to great success, because THAT would be raaaaacist.
Most of the successful people I know do not spend their time being bitter and whining on a internet message board about seeing too many Black people in T.V. commercials, or on posters in store windows in the mall.

Not only is that extremely pathetic but it exposes you for what you are despite your denials. The fact that you don't see or understand this or maybe are just pretending that no one can see it for what it is makes it doubly pathetic.

That was a good thing. Who would want to hire a dumbass Negro with a name like Jamal?
What you did created unemployed blacks who turned to the drug dealers and so-called thugs punk --- white losers like you spend days of what's left of your life ranting about.

It is bad choices like the ones you made for years that are the root cause of the problems blacks face.

And what she and others like her DO NOT UNDERSTAND is that the system of peonage and convict leasing was one of the main ways many southern states made money. Whites earned money and lived comfortably off free black labor long after slavery and well into the 1900's. Some say that convict leasing did not end until at least 1940.

However Sister Michelle Alexander says that a similar system is in effect now.

You actually think I’m going to read your long diatribe after you start out by calling me a racist for pointing out that blacks DO commit a disproptionate amount of crime and that a good first step to reducing racism would be to ACKNOWLEDGE that - and work to correcting it?

To you, any white that doesn’t blame whites for the high crime rate among blacks is a racist.

.
Can you explain what you cut & pasted?
Can you explain why divert from the topic of the chart - which is the disproportionate amount violent crime committed by blacks? Who cares that she cut and paste? If anything, it’s proof of the problem.

I give you Exhibit A (for when the white racist try to claim that racism no longer exists in the United States)
There is tremendous racsim in the US. Just look at what you find in the Black ghettos. They hate Whites. They have been taught that from birth.

I give you Exhibit A (for when the white racist try to claim that racism no longer exists in the United States)
I’ve never heard any white say racism doesn’t exist. There are always going to be individual racists, just as there are individual antisemites.

The point is that if you run into a racist who won’t hire a black, then you move on to someone who will (just as Jews have always done). In many cases, employers are deliberately seeking out blacks to meet diversity quotas.

We aren't taught to hate whites. We run into whites like you over and over which causes a person to dislike whites. You must be a real dumb --- to brag about how you would not hire people with black sounding names, defend such racism with comments like this:

That was a good thing. Who would want to hire a dumbass Negro with a name like Jamal?
then try making the claim you make in your post. The comment is pure cognitive dissonance.

As to the OP, the FBI UCR lists 30 categories of crime. Annually whites lead in at least 27 of those categories. The racially challenged in this forum want to talk only about 1 category.

But what about white collar crime? The white right wingers here want to dismiss fraud and financial crimes because people don't die, but what about the people robbed of all their life savings because some white thug defrauded them? Is the fact they are alive make their trauma any less? Their lives are ruined, but hey at least they aren't dead.

It was white men who crashed our entire economy in 2007. That crash damage almost every American citizen. So when we talk about CRIME the fact is that whites commit the most. White supremacy is made up by a bunch of punk --- insecure people. You can't face your own failings as a people so you look for anything where you can claim superiority. Hence you make murder the only crime when it's not and even then, when we look at the true tally, whites in America have murdered more than anyone else and it's by a wide margin. Denying your past when it's convenient gets no play with me, especially when you bring up the days before America existed to blame Africans for slavery in America.

So whites have committed more murders than anyone else. Right-wing whites, face your history like you want everybody else to face theirs.
