What has been pretty telling in the month since Moby Trump dodged the harpoon is this...

Not only has the sympathy never materialized because, well, karma, none of his punk kids have come out and said, “I told Dad to drop out because it’s not worth it.” They think that the only way he stays out of jail (and thereby the gravy train keeps on going) is for him to win the election. I don’t think that is true by the way. Not because he isn’t guilty of the charges against him but because the courts won’t do to rich white guys (by and large) what they do to poor people.

I’m certainly not a fan of his--he is garbage personified. But I do have a small amount of pity for the blob because while he is complicit in this sad tale of corruption expanding on an industrial scale, he either doesn’t know or doesn’t care that he too is being used as well.
