It isn’t “a loan”, its basically a grant by the government to business owners to pay their expenses and payrolls through COVID lockdowns, which were mandated by the government. All you had to do was apply, then prove you paid payroll and other business expenses with the money. Only IF you didn’t spend the money in that manner, it would THEN turn into a conventional loan that had to be paid back to the government.

The fact that you IDIOTS still don’t understand this, and you fall for this false narrative that these ”loans” were ”forgiven”, is a testament to you low your IQ is.

The purpose of the PPP program was to take pressure off of the state unemployment insurance systems, and companies were doing a favor to the government by taking these loans.

It was understood before the notes were signed that they would be forgiven, provided the money was used as agreed.
