You didn't know that? Obama had the chainsaw out ready to bring the massive cuts, but that also meant the GOP pitching in their share as well, though as usual, the GOP threw a temper tantrum and refused a cut one penny of their insane spending.

The GOP loves cuts, just as long as it's not to their spending.

Don't celebrate, he is proposing reform that will actually make things worse in the long run, and amount to less than half the cuts that the OMB recommends.
