Not so much anymore but back in the day the word Paisano was generally used as an ethnic slur directed at Italians. What can you say about the desperate angry disappointed left finding an old guy in Florida to try to make a political point to justify murder? TDS? Insanity?

Nope. I am Italian (Sicilian in fact) Granny was a WOP.

Paisano isn't a slur, it's kind of a greeting. Nobody uses it anymore though.
