Oklahoma, of course

No. It's about not permitting Bibles in school. You can have in your home, in your private schools, in your churches. You may not have it in public school.

Period.

Of course you can. Students take Bibles to school daily.

Not as part of the cirriculum, unless it a type of "World Religions" class or "Bible as Literature."

You may not conduct religious instruction in public school.

I believe OK teachers had to protest a few years ago to get their wages above the poverty level. Or something on that order. Why do they dislike their educators?

Are history lessons considered "religious instructions"?

I'd think not.

The lessons of the LGBTQ+ community in the City of Sodom are something that the students could learn a lot from- regardless of what, if any, religion the pupils believe in.

History lessons would be good. You could learn that Martin Luthers translations used the word Knabenschander and then you could learn the meaning of that word.

I explained how to do that.

You cannot conduct relgious instruction in the public classroom.

Simpler: no sermons or Sunday School lessons during the school day at school.

History of religion would be OK.

Bible as Literature would be OK.

Literalism as mandatory for the Word of God would not be OK.

A lot of the Holy Bible is just plain old history, not religious in the least.

The story of Sodom and Gomorrah, for example, shows the rebellion of the LGBTQ+ community when they want to take the angelic buttholes of the assistants Almighty God sent to investigate. Provides good information to the LGBTQ students not to piss off the creator.

Why not?

Couple hundred years ago, that's what your ancestors did. But now, there seems to be a plurality of diverse cultures and religious beliefs, and all of a sudden, people have a problem with Christianity and the Bible being taught in public schools. I think I know what the problem is.

1st Amendment.

They used to hold church services in the capital rotunda I think it was.

They start every day in Congress with a prayer. A prayer that every and any belief may lead.
