As a spokesman told Politico, an undocumented immigrant would not have been able to receive Medicaid because "there's a verification process that involves Social Security numbers, applicants have to prove citizenship, so some of the issues this video raises would have eventually come to light in the application process."

But when asked about that, it CLEARLY SHOWS ON THE TAPE, the woman plugging her ears, and going "la la la la" not wanting to hear it.

This means either, the "spokesman" is lying, or this woman didn't care, that these "Russian immigrants" would be rejected later. As long as she could show she was "signging a lot of people up."

Bottom line, we are supposed to believe the uncut video at the end isn't to be trusted, but we can "trust" 100% what a "spokesman" says trying to cover up for his department.
