Why should I not use a cell phone in my car? I press on button to answer the call and that is it. Anything else is done by voice command through my car.

Have an accident or breakdown and see if you need a cell phone. My current vehicle has a satellite backup that I have to pay for to do all of that automatically. Most people do not!

Maybe teach them to use the phones to help them learn more quickly? I am unsure on this issue. Phones can be used to cheat on tests perhaps? Or you could encourage them to use it productively?
