Yes and there's never been an anti-tank gun produced that's chambered in .40 that is similar to a Boys Rifle.

There are large bore bolt action rifles chambered in the .40-.50 neighborhood that are meant for hunting large, dangerous game, the "elephant gun", like the .458 Winchester, but referring to them as anti-tank guns only further highlights one's ignorance and stupidity.
