this country is so screwed when we have people like this bragging about voting twice and other people just laughing and making jokes about it..

She only voted in her own name twice. She also cast ballots for her niece, her brother, apparently her boarder, and for some other woman, Inez. That's seven altogether. Those are just the ones they apparently caught her on. She's probably voted on behalf of plenty of other people. Yep, vote early, vote often. That's what it takes to keep your boy in office and there's nothing wrong with it in the eyes of people like this crooked woman.

The winners don't seem to, I wonder why they would condone such criminal behavior? Couldn't be because that is exactly how they won, they know it, and have no problem with it. If the tables were turned, I cannot imagine the brouhaha we would still be facing.

It is very disturbing that something like this would not be caught at election time....AND More than likely, the woman is correct, her absentee ballot did not make it in time....

the reason I say this, is because Data Entry CHECKS Absentee ballots against the precinct the citizen is registered to vote at to make certain that any provisional ballot voters or Absentee ballot voters did NOT VOTE TWICE....did Not vote at the polling place and through AB/Absentee Ballot....

So, there is an easy check for States to make, before counting the AB....or Provisional Ballot where they could check it against the voting rolls at the poll.... Let's hope ALL States do something like this below and more to combat the potential problem....

As shocking as it may seem to some folks, the Constitution says nothing about a right of the general pubic to vote for a President. People who say they have a Constitutional right to vote in presidential elections have not read the Document.

Article II and Amendment XII tell how the President is elected, which is by a vote of appointed electors. The electors are "equal to the number of Senators and Representatives to which the each State may be entitled in the Congress." Nowhere in the Constitution does it mention that citizens have the right to vote for a President or Vice President.

There is a right to vote, of course, but this right is not found anywhere in the Constitution.
For those who think I'm wrong - and I am not - please cite the specific constitutional provision which supports your position.

Some across the nation were voting at 150% of the precinct. In Ohio they brought in a bus load of Somalis and showed them how to fill out their ballots as they stepped off of the bus, the same with some old folks and homes for the mentally disabled. All votes for Obama. Their cry is ID is voter suppression but you can see the glee the Democrats here share with the illegal voters. The Left has no concern for cheating or lying...why should they when they approvingly elect cheaters and liars? If their leaders do not care we should not be surprised when their voters do not care either.
