Once we find the actual voter fraud allegations, we will investigate them. So far, those allegations are pretty blustery in front of the media but disappear when they're in front of a judge.

Good point! However consider the context. The Trump campaign is in contact with people from a foreign intelligence agency while that foreign intelligence agency is committing crimes in the US specifically to benefit that campaign. Then, and this is the kicker, the Trump campaign lies about it.

Now, obviously there's reasonable suspicion that there may be something going on there.

Let's withstand Pennsylvania (if that's a thing). Trump is suing to exclude ballots sent in after Election Day. That's not voter fraud. A ballot arriving too late to be counted is not a fraudulent ballot. It's not a crime for it to come late. It's just excluded.
