It says you are wrong for thinking that freedom of speech is absolute.Doesn't really matter.
That speech can be punished under the law says what?

So, with that being said, does it matter what JD Vance says?Doesn't matter who pushed first. The US in spiralling out of control. Unless the political system changes, the US is doomed.
So what? Many people are opposed, and they are entitled to express their opinions.
When Kyle Rittenhouse was acquited by the jury, Biden said they got it wrong. It was pretty awful for him to undermine the judicial system like that, but it was his opinion. My point is that Vance, when speaking as the Presidency, should not be talking about whether people should fire people for saying things.
It's not his job.
Treason is a law. Saying Covid is not putting lives at risk is an opinion. You’re comparing giving the enemy the location of US ships in time of war vs. an opinion that covid is not deadly, although there is truth to that statement. You’re free to tell the enemy where the ships are but expect prosecution because betraying the country is treason. Every country has this law, even the most liberal country will not allow treason. No, I'm not.
Treason is part of freedom of speech.
If you have the right to say WHATEVER YOU LIKE, 100% freedom, then treason would not exist.
Treason is a limit on free speech.
In times of emergency, some rights are often reduced in their scope.
When it came to the covid period, a health emergency, you can argue that lives on at risk, just like in war.
Having people go around saying this, that or the other which causes more people to die, could be considered dangerous, and therefore not protected by free speech.
My point is that Vance, when speaking as the Presidency, should not be talking about whether people should fire people for saying things.
It's not his job.
They have a good chance of getting murdered by leftists who don’t like their opinions.Religious fundamentalists like Kirk do and they have a good chance at getting what they want given right wing control of the courts.
Right wingers pretend to be in favor of freedom, but it’s a facade.
So, with that being said, does it matter what JD Vance says?
We made our best wishes known. You wouldn’t accept them and acted as if we had done something wrong. Your first reaction to any travesty is to find some way to blame us. Even if you have to make it up. You don’t argue in good faith. Even now you refuse to acknowledge the shooter was left wing. It's self serving.
Where was all that when Democrats got shot up, their houses burned or their spouses attacked with a hammer?
Vance doesn't give a crap who said what about any of that, it's only when one of his own goes down that he wants to have a special shut-them-up cancel session.
Thanks. These lefties are such hypocrites. It’s also not your job to decide what he can or cannot say unless he violated the law. He is nowhere near what Biden did and that was colluding with social media to take down critics. Were you angry when Biden did that?
So, you didn't watch the video I showed you.Religious fundamentalists like Kirk do and they have a good chance at getting what they want given right wing control of the courts.
Right wingers pretend to be in favor of freedom, but it’s a facade.
You wake me up when the Trump administration colludes with social media to end people’s career.Religious fundamentalists like Kirk do and they have a good chance at getting what they want given right wing control of the courts.
Right wingers pretend to be in favor of freedom, but it’s a facade.
Trump, Vance and Kirk are the change we want.I mean, it's another nail in the coffin, the US will probably still be doomed without him, but Vance is doing a Trump, getting himself in the media at all costs, no matter what he says, and it's easier to get in the media by saying bad things.
That's what US politics has come to.
Do people want change? Doesn't seem so.

And why doesn’t Vance get the same freedom as you want the haters on the Left to have? You want the leftist haters to be free to call for more conservatives to be killed, but you don’t want a decent man to say he thinks they should be fired for that?
It’s also not your job to decide what he can or cannot say unless he violated the law. He is nowhere near what Biden did and that was colluding with social media to take down critics. Were you angry when Biden did that?
The people cheering on an assassination are also making hit lists for left wing loons to act on. They are inciting violence.Define "celebrating"... oh, it's very easy for them to say "this is celebrating" when it might just be "he got what he deserved because he said that gun deaths are 'worth it'"
Do you think freedom is killing someone you disagree with?Religious fundamentalists like Kirk do and they have a good chance at getting what they want given right wing control of the courts.

I agree. The people cheering on an assassination are also making hit lists for left wing loons to act on. They are inciting violence.
