Why did a 13 year old have a gun?
Kid was running with a gun and in a dark alley last second threw the gun over the fence.
He's not innocent.

'We failed Adam': Body camera videos appear to show 13-year-old Adam Toledo put hands up before fatal police shooting
CHICAGO – The mayor appealed for calm Thursday as the city released body-camera videos of last month's fatal shooting of Adam Toledo, 13, by a Chicago police officer – an incident that appears to show his hands in the air as he was shot.
According to one officer's body-cam video, the officer pulls up in a car, gets out, pushes past another man and runs down an alley shouting "stop" toward Adam, who is dressed in jeans, a sweatshirt and white baseball cap. Adam runs away from the officer but then slows down and pauses near a fence.

The video clearly showed he ran away with a handgun when being told to stop kept running. Last second he threw the gun over a fence but in dark alley a cop isn't likely to see that. Shouldn't have run. Shouldn't have had a gun at 13.
What always blows me away about these incidents, is libs are quick to blame the cop, when they should be focusing on the root of the situation.
WTF is a 13 year old doing out at that hour with a fucking gun? Where were the "parents"?
Doesn't the 2nd apply to thirteen year olds? Why did a 13 year old have a gun?

When he was shot, he had his hands up... after he threw the gun away.

How long, before he was shot, were his hands empty?

It matters not at all that the cop quickly fired upon an unarmed kid.

It matters that the kid was only unarmed....for a second.
His parents failed him. What was a 13 year old seventh grader doing out on the street at 2:30 in the morning (on a school night) with a gun and another adult? I think mom and dad bear some responsibility for their negligence. As a parent, I would feel totally responsible if my grade school son was playing thug with guns on the street.

He would still be unarmed today if the cop hadn't shot him with his hands in the air.
That is an EXTREMELY edited video that shows nothing. Nothing. It shows he put his hands up at some point. The video doesn't even show the shooting.Bodycam video was just released today.
