Oh boy, here we go again, will there be rioting tonight in Chicago?

It matters not at all that the cop quickly fired upon an unarmed kid.

What's wrong with you? Do you think he knew he was 13? Not that it mattered. When he turned towards the officer, the gun was still in his hand, he tossed it as he was raising his hands. What did you want the cop to do?

Doesn't the 2nd apply to thirteen year olds?

Do voting rights?

Unfortunately, the NRA and the gun industry has flooded our streets with guns, to get scared white people to want to buy more.

Nobody floods the streets with guns except the people, not the gun manufacturers and NRA. You have some of the strictest gun policies in the country and what have you got to show for it? A 13 year old kid getting shot and killed by police.

As your city (and other liberal cities) have proven it's that gun restrictions don't work. They never have in the past and never will in the future. The problem is really not the guns, the problem is stupid people who keep voting for the same failed Democrat leadership for generations. A few weeks ago your retarded Mayor was saying that they should stop police from chasing after criminals. So if this kid shot and killed somebody and the police were nearby enough to see him, all he'd have to do is run and the police could only wave bye-bye.

But it's the NRA and gun manufacturers fault.

Kid was running with a gun and in a dark alley last second threw the gun over the fence.

He's not innocent.

When he was shot, he had his hands up... after he threw the gun away.

How long, before he was shot, were his hands empty?

He is facing him with his hands up. Just what he was told to do. BLAM!

Dude it was a dark alley, kid had a gun, he was running....give it up. Do you really think the cops intentionally murdered a 13 boy? What’s the motive? I mean get real. Stop with the lying.

He did as was instructed and had his hands up. Call it intentional, call it incompetence or whatever you want, it's not justifiable.

Not even the cops believe it is or they wouldn't have lied about it before the release of the video.

I guess just shoot him. Why bother with demands if he is just going to shoot him anyway?

If he listened to the cop he would have dropped the gun and stopped long time ago. There was a reason he held it to the bitter end. What do you suppose that reason was?

What does the video show? It shows that once again the police lied.

An officer shot Adam once in the chest after an "armed confrontation" in an alley, police said. Prosecutors say the boy was holding a gun when the officer shot him. Adam died at the scene.

There was no armed confrontation nor was he holding a gun when he was shot.

He was doing as instructed. The police simply can not refrain from lying.

The video clearly showed he ran away with a handgun when being told to stop kept running. Last second he threw the gun over a fence but in dark alley a cop isn't likely to see that. Shouldn't have run. Shouldn't have had a gun at 13.

There was no armed confrontation and he did not have a gun when killed. The police knew that when they made the statement.

They just had to lie.

There was no armed confrontation and he did not have a gun when killed.

How many seconds before he was killed did he have a gun?
800 milliseconds.

He is never facing him with the gun.
Don't matter--he had a gun--------

he dropped the gun as he was raising his hands or the gun fail out as he started to raise his hands----cops had to make a split second decision==shooting the thug with the gun is the right one. This 13 year old pos ----is no loss other than to his parent/s collecting welfare.

His right hand was behind the fence when he tossed the gun
When he raised it, the cop thought the gun was still in his hand.
If he'd dropped it before he got to the fence, he might still be around to
commit crimes for decades to come......

Unedited video:

Definitely a good shoot. Cop had already drawn his weapon and was seeking a good shot to end this misery. He'd sealed his fate running with a handgun.

Cop ordered the kid to show his hands. Kid dropped gun and raised his hands. He was obeying the cop. He was shot. With empty hands up. Empty hands up.

Cop ordered kid to show his hands. Kid took off running. Cops chased kid. A moment before being shot kid dropped gun behind fence where cop couldn't see. A micro second before being shot he put his hands up.

Good shoot.
