Office Depot Refuses to Print Image of Charlie Kirk

There was never anything for the DoJ to do.

Bondi needs to be fired.
Pam Bondi was talking about those calling on the weak minded to MURDER citizens because they vote Red.

I KNOW you believe this is protected speech (because you support the murder of your enemies). I do not. The founders never intended the First Amendment to cover this

Hence his firing the prosecuted in eastern Virginia and hiring someone completely unqualified who will just do whatever he wants.
Like Bill Clinton did, and every other president

Uh, no. This was about someone who refused to serve a customer who wanted to print pictures of Kirk. This wasn't about so-called "hate speech".

The employee at Office Depot refused to photocopy a picture of Charlie Kirk.

That’s not the same as calling for murder.

It's all about vengeance. They are no legal principles at work here. No principles at all. Just Trump's fragile ego.

The corruption of the DoJ should be a much bigger issue than it is.

The issues with prosecutors in Virginia is just one data point in a pattern of abuse.

Keep supporting the worst and most violent among us and see how you do in 26/28

This wasn't a matter of corporate policy ... this was a low level drone treating customers badly because he didn't like their politics.

In a civil society, this behavior must be highlighted and exposed.

A worker who said they don't serve liberals would be just a guilty.
Like making a gay couple a wedding cake.

The actions of one miserable employee shouldn’t lead to labeling the corporate entity as refusing to do that printing.

In fact, Office Depot let the aberrant employee go.

Good job overall by Office Depot.

I'm saying I've to talked to several Trumpsters who think it should be illegal for businesses to discriminate based on politics.

No. That's not the case. Political affiliation has not, yet, been added to the protected classes gravy train.

No, the government is prohibited from discriminating by the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. We're talking about businesses and individuals. If a van full of ICE agents shows up to my diner, or a bunch of people with MAGA hats, should it be legal for me to refuse service?

I have no idea what that means.
I think me and you are somehow confused about what each other is actually saying or suggesting to each other.

Maybe simplifying your thoughts or being more direct in what you are saying or advocating here. Thanks

The willful blindness is nuts. There's no conviction they won't abandon, no position they won't reverse, to back up their dear leader..
If something needs fixed then it needs fixed, I mean unless you think that the BidenObama administration was somehow flawless then that's your opinion but it don't make it right.

It appears you have a condition called TDS. Get help.

The all purpose dodge!

According to this employee "we don't print propaganda". Yeah she/it needs to lose its job over this

If the employee hated Charlie Kirk, she had every right to say so privately. She was out of line, however, unilaterally making it a company policy which it obviously was not. She deserved to be fired. Office Depot was correct in apologizing and properly accommodating the customer.

It's clear that many weren't guided by firm principles in the first place. Just straight up tribalism and misplaced hero worship.

And apparently now 2 wrongs make a right?

And before anyone bites my head off, hyperpartisans on both sides think that way. They're far more alike than they realize.

You two are reaching when there's nothing to reach. But you have an agenda. We understand that.
We also recognize you never said anything when Biden/Kamala actually called the opposition TERRORISTS

We know what motivates you

It is not "two wrongs" argument.

Online death threats are not protected speech

Again, these people SHOULD be arrested

The Supreme Court decided over four decades ago that criminal threats are not protected under the First Amendment

That's not what I was talking about when I said apparently 2 wrongs make a right.

I was talking about cancel culture.
