The faulty "Roe V. Wade" Supreme Court decision that authorized millions of abortions was based on "the right to privacy" that did not exist in the Constitution. There is no Constitutional right to hire someone to kill the life inside a woman. The right to keep and bear arms, however, is a Constitutional guarantee. What if some states decided to hold a referendum on whether freedom of speech should be eliminated or freedom of religion or the 5th Amendment guarantee against self incrimination?
