Well, the cold weather has passed (the majority of them were more concerned with comfort than their cause, of course) so the Occupy WSers are getting riled up again...they are threatening to shut down bridges and roadways, as well as causing general disruptions to the populace across the nation. Knowing this, do they have a Constitutional right to do this or will the protestors become criminals if they carry these threats out? Personally, I think they fall outside "the right of the people peaceably to assemble", when they break the law by interfering with the rights of others by shutting down the ability to travel and I would have law enforcement ready to arrest and jail each and every person attempting to do so.
It's obvious that these individuals are incredibly selfish. They have an unreasonable list of demands and now they could care less who else gets hurt as they take to the streets to spread the stench and carry signs stating their rights to free stuff, along with the usual telling slogans, like "Socialism is best" or the biggest lie of all regarding the 99% vs the 1%. Truth is, 99% of us don't have the time or desire to lay around and make demands of the tax payers. Many people are living just fine, even with the unfair taxes the government has imposed on us so they can coddle the non-producers.
With roads and bridges shut down, ambulances and other emergency vehicles will have a hard time getting where they need to be. Do the poopers even consider things like that?
The warm weather equates to steaming piles of excrement, which everyone living in the area knows they have to look forward to. The only people that get my support and sympathy are those upwind of the protesters.
The initial list of demands, including free health care, no credit reporting agencies, having their debts paid and more socialist programs are bad enough, but they'll be lost behind the stench and crime-ridden occupied areas. It happens in every place they go.
