I mostly concur.OK the Republicans are going to successfully paint Ocare as the worst crime against humanity committed on these shores ever just check the threads on the subject.
The Rs will not have the votes in the Senate to repeal Ocare until 2017 at the earliest, which means that the right wing will be in open revolt in 2016 at the latest.
The Ds did not deliver the single payer system their hardcore base demanded. Their left wing is revolting already and has been for quite a while. Their majority in the senate contains nearly 10% non-Ds. By 2016 at the latest the DINO list will probably include Reid and Pelosi.
With municipal defaults coming ever more rapidly in primarily Blue districts the D political machines are coming apart due to soon to be broken promises. That will produce a motherload of PO'd leftists who will make blue candidates unelectable on the national level.
Higher taxes at the blue state level will cause internal capital flight to really heat up. Also making the exchanges the portal to medicaid will also cause poverty flight to the blue states to take off.
It looks to me like we are headed to no center, comments?
Very interesting analysis. You may be correct...who knows. Your assumption is based on a lot of low information voters coming to their senses and seeing they (like the rest of us) were conned.
Financially, the chickens are coming home to roost for many blue states and major cities in those States. Chicago is a disaster. Illinois is a disaster. Yet, the folks keep voting for the same idiots.
In Greece the populous finally stopped voting for social democrats but the society had to almost completely collapse for that to happen. I think the same thing will have to happen in the U.S. for a complete capitulation.
