The very ones who elected him. Part of that Hope and Change message they took hook, line, and sinker. And the majority will have no idea what's happening when the bills come due. Or, they'll do what public housing inmates did – not pay the bill and hen cry racism when they have their water cut off.



But this plan will hurt minority and low-income families the most, as McCarthy has admitted. And energy efficiency handouts and mandates are certainly not going to be a panacea for the federal government’s energy-raising, job-crushing climate regulations.
