What Reason Would A Gag Order Be Placed On Trump?

Daniels was talkative and spoke about her feelings, and details like the tile color in the hotel bedroom which was unnecessary....in several instances...
the prosecution wanted the jury to understand why Trump wanted and needed to shut her up after the Access Hollywood tape, and then did, shut her up with the NDA before the election. If all that Daniels spoke about in this testimony got out, it would have been devastating for his campaign.That was the prosecution's point.
The defense team did not do their job and object early on which was strange...(almost as though they let her talk, to have a reason later for an appeal or mistrial call, I think Trump finally yelled objection and the judge agreed and sustained, then after that Trump's lawyers started objecting)

Again, every single thing, every act you've described is 100% legal. No crime.
You seem rather informed. Do a little research on this law. It's used by scum that are committing fraud - folks submitting false claims (business records) that they had $100,000 in inventory in the warehouse that burned down.
Trump's "business records" went into a file cabinet, never to be seen again, until Biden/Bragg cooked these bullshit indictments.
