Democrats have a litmus test for judges. They either have to be liberal judges willing to make laws from the bench or they don't get through. Every nominee by a Democrat is a sure thing. Republican nominees don't get through unless they swing both ways. It's a miracle that Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Scalia made it through the process. Dummycraps did everything they could to prevent Clarence Thomas from being seated. He was the first to get the treatment they use on everyone in the GOP. The media has done a number on him. How many black kids want to grow up and be another Clarence Thomas?
