The liberal agenda has long depended on their successfully concealing from the American people, what they wanted to do.

But that's nearly impossible, when it comes time to actually do it.

As more and more people find out what's in Obamacare, they are kicking it away it in droves.

There hasn't been this much rejection of a nationwide government-knows-better-and-will-take-care-of-you program since Prohibition. And we all know what the ultimate fate of that was.

Obamacare falling apart at the seams: Indiana moves to nullify healthcare law

The state legislatures of Oklahoma, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and now Indiana have all taken steps to nullify the federal healthcare law.

Tenth Amendment Center national communications director Mike Maharrey said that this could create a formidable bloc, pulling the rug out from under the already flailing federal act. “If five states pass something like this, they’re going to be paying attention,” he said. “And if ten or fifteen do it? It’s game over for Obamacare.”

Indiana state Rep. Timothy Harman (R) along with two co-authors have introduced legislation which would virtually nullify Obamcare within the state of Indiana if passed.

The bills legal argument is rooted in anti-commandeering doctrine, which has been established by multiple Supreme Court cases, including Printz vs. United States. This doctrine states that the federal government cannot force or coerce states into carrying out federal law, regulations or programs.

House Bill 1406 (HB1406) would make it so that “an agency, officer, or employee of the state shall not…”engage in an activity that aids any person in the enforcement of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.”

The legislation would also ban the state and its political subdivisions from establishing or participating in a health care exchange under the federal act.

HB1406 has been transferred to the House Ways and Means committee. Here it will need to be passed by a majority vote before being considered by the full Indiana House.

Wonder what happens if more states kick this POS bill to the curb??

Kinda hard to enforce something the States don't want.

Should be interesting.

This is what happens when you force through legislation that most Americans did not want, and once everyone found out what it REALLY IS - only a tiny fraction of Americans still support it.
It provides worse healthcare than Wallmart provided - at a higher cost.
Gee...why oh why is it now so unpopular?

All we got were lies. Young people didn't realize that they were going to pay huge premiums to pay for the older sick people. Obama needs those young ones to sign up and they just aren't. Between an unsecure website and expensive premiums, few are biting. Many that signed up already had insurance before and were looking to be subsidized.

I don't know how it can hold up. More are uninsured now than before. Fewer can afford it and our taxes will increase drastically to pay for those who did sign up. Hospitals and doctors are refusing to take Obamacare patients.

Not one promise was kept. People are very unhappy. Few can afford it, yet Obama won't repeal and hasn't listened to any of the ideas Republicans came up with. Many claim there were no other plans offered up, but that is false.

The state leaders are listening to the people and trying to stop this mess. Obamacare is a disease, not a cure for the nation's health care problems.

Kinda hard to fix roads when your fed money is cuts off. And it won't stop the fines from being collected.
