You don't get it, do you? LOL They were promised FULL TIME JOBS! Then then it turned into PART TIME because they couldn't afford to give 'em HEALTHCARE BENEFITS UNDER OBAMACARE!!! Get it??? Duh!
They ain't all full time because Obamacare REQUIRES them to provide healthcare if they're FULL TIME. The Obamacare Call Center can't afford Obamacare, so they made everybody PART TIME, like MOST businesses are doing. You don't see the irony in this, you friggin' moron?
The call centers in California are not operated by the federal government but by the state and the state has contracted out the operation of some of the centers. Thus it is the states or the contractor's responsibility. The state like private employers do not have to offer health insurance to employees working less than 30 hours a week and would be justly criticized for doing so.
It doesn't change the fact that businesses can't afford Obamacare. That's why they find a way around it by making everybody part time. Get it?
