Obama: There Is an Immigration Crisis on the Border

Illegal entries down 76 percent since 2000.
The real issue is overstaying visa.

The only way to help this problem of so many Central Americans seeking asylum here and the back up and overloading of our detention centers while they wait for their hearings, is to expedite their court hearings... fill the immigration courts with more Judges so the process is lickity split instead of an 8 week wait. Most applying are being rejected for Refugee status, and sent back to their homeland.

And then work on a long term solution to keep them away from coming here, through diplomacy actions and interactions with their governments... imo.

We believe CNN declined a report from KUSI because we informed them that most Border Patrol Agents we have spoken to told us the barrier does in fact work.

We have continuously been told by Border Patrol Agents that the barrier along the Southern border helps prevent illegal entries, drugs, and weapons from entering the United States, and the numbers prove it.

if Mexico follows the same Law as us, then Guatemalans are illegals in Mexico, because their Nation touches Mexico... I'd have to research that.... mexico takes in many of them, about 15000 refugees a year from Central America.... if memory serves
